Managing the Delegation Process
Many managers think that delegating is the same as to give someone a task to do. In fact delegation is an integrated process that starts with deciding which tasks to delegate and then identifying the suitable candidates for the tasks. Effective delegation has many benefits: it gives you time to focus on strategic issues, motivates your staff and is an effective tool to improve your work relations and boost your business bottom lines.
This Management Tool Kit has three phases.
Phase 1: Insight
An initial questionnaire to assess your existing knowledge level about the values and steps of effective delegation; it will also explore the extent of your understanding of different aspects of delegation such as when to delegate and to whom.
Phase 2: Learning Lab
Your enrolment in "Managing the Delegation Process" learning lab will expose you to deep learning of the following topics:

Phase 3: Reflections
Upon completing the learning lab, you will be given a period of one to two months to implement your learning, to be followed by individual meeting and discussions with our consultant.
