The Up & Arrow way is structured to help organizations and

The Up & Arrow way is composed of three phases that are
customized to fit your development needs.
Phase 1: Insight
This is the initial phase of self-awareness. We assess your
current knowledge level about the selected topic using
variable tools. Then we discuss your needs and desired
results. Then we structure a relevant curriculum that fits the
required objectives.
Phase 2: Learning Lab
This is the phase of 1-2-1 or group coaching. Our learning lab
focuses on participative learning and engaging delegates from
the very first moment. Up & Arrow is expert in participative
delivery that considers the different learning styles of human
beings.
Phase 3: Reflections
After completion of the Learning Lab, you will be given a
period of time to implement your learning. This will be
followed by individual meeting and discussion with one of
our consultants to review the implementation, identify
challenges you might have faced and set future development
plan.
