Finding the Leader Within

The key to effective leadership lies in mastering a wide range of skills that enable achieving excellence through others.

This Management Tool Kit has three phases.

Phase 1: Insight

An initial questionnaire to assess your existing knowledge level about leadership; it will also explore the extent of your understanding of different aspects of leadership.

Phase 2: Learning Lab

Your enrolment in "Finding the Leader Within" learning lab will expose you to deep learning of the following topics:

1. Learning to Lead

2. Starting the Leadership Practice

3. Forming My Team

4. Building My Effectiveness

5. Inspiring and Excellence

The duration of this learning lab is three days.

Phase 3: Reflections

Upon completing the learning lab, you will be given a period of one to two months to implement your learning, to be followed by individual meeting and discussions with our consultant.

During this session you will discuss:

• How you applied your learning
• Things that went well
• Challenges you faced during implementation
• Future steps for further developing your leadership

We will walk you through the different leadership challenges you faced and track your progress.
